Usui Reiki I Training includes:

• Usui-tradition attunements to Reiki energy
• Complete Reiki I Training manual
• Introduction to the Chakra system and interactions with Reiki
• Learning and practicing hand positions for treating yourself
• Learning the history, principles and ethics of Reiki
• Massages for the upper and lower body

Everyday the Reiki Training infuses the following combination of classes:

1. Meditations of movement with blue water rejuvenating spirit and soul.

2. Sunrise Yoga-Inhaling to ocean air to awaken the body and exhaling a leap into total freedom providing balance for the body and mind throughout the day.

3. Vinyasa Style to bring on the heat igniting the body and mind for total cleansing.

4. Sunset Yoga Putting closure to the day through a sense of completion. Movement that supplies tranquility and wholeness to the body making available a restful sleep.

5. Pilates-Classical Mat Pilates Class providing strength and flexibility for the limbs with the emphasis of movement from the core. Assuring you a longer and leaner body.

6. Hip Hop Dance- Hip Hop welcomes everyone to attend! This is a high energetic class that teaches you the fundamentals of hip hop dance. Class includes a warm-up from head to toe, and hot, fresh dance steps. This is a fun, and vibrant way to get a good workout. Class will also include an open level dance routine.

5. Free Style Movement- Free yourself through movement, and glorify you own creative dance. Free style movement reduces stress and anxiety by freeing your mind through the joy of movement. A variety of music is incorporated, some to soothe, and some to ignite your fire!! Most of all, it is an exhilarating experience!

Alcoholic and non-alcoholic cocktails and beer, wine and champagne by the glass, are served in both restaurants, the poolside Turtle Rock Sports Bar (11am - 11pm) and the Ocean Club Entertainment Lounge - an art deco nightclub that features nightly entertainment and dancing (open 6pm - 1am).

All Activities, Recreation, Entertainment and Non-motorized Watersports:

Play tennis on our four lighted Laykold courts, basketball or beach volleyball. Free non-motorized watersports such as windsurfing, kayaks and snorkeling. Enjoy a complimentary scuba or snorkel clinic. The resort boasts as the best hotel snorkeling bay in the Virgin Islands! The snorkeling here is incredible, with very clear water and abundant sea life, flora and fauna to explore! For an additional fee, you can jet ski, parasail, go scuba diving or take a catamaran sail to a neighboring island.

Access to the Fitness Center:

Access to all fitness center facilities. The fitness center features Paramount strength training equipment, Precor cardiovascular equipment.

Admission to the Kids Klub:

Complimentary admission to our daily Kids Klub program for children ages 4-12. Kids Klub activities include games, videos, arts and crafts, nature walks and cooking with the chef. Three times a week the kids will be able to join our famous "Iguana Feeding," a morning ritual where guests are invited to feed the large iguana population living on the resort's grounds. The resort also offers eco-education, where families can learn about the island's unique flora and fauna and how the resort is working to preserve the environment.
