Hosting a week long Explosion of Hip Hop Dance, Free Style Movement,
Erotic Movement, Fitness Activities, and all whole lot more of roaring fun…...

Hip Hop Dance is a fun, energizing, flavorful and hot way to get in shape. Learn the execution of flawless and gentle dance movement, while being surrounded by the beautiful waters of Hawaii.

This Explosion includes the essential dynamics of Hip Hop Dance. Enhance your own originality through freedom and expression of movement just as our neighboring Hawaiian Spinner dolphins do at Kalani.

Stretching daily to enhance flexibility and strengthening the muscle groups through various conditioning exercises and including a section of abdominal work. This Explosion offers a variety of fitness activities.

It presents a new opportunity to release tension from your head to your toes. The workshop incorporates proper isolations and administers a more powerful and electrifying way to move. Rejuvenate and improve sexuality. Engage in sensual movement with a more erotic flow. The Explosion presents sassy and sexy movement. This can be very provocative, but in a respectful manner.

Hip Hop Dance Explosion provides various dance steps, and spicy enjoyable moves that you will be able to use and delight in. This Explosion exhibits many dance routines for you to play with and share. Through dancing everyone learns to be creative, and compose their own dance moves to share. As a group, we will design our own dance routine.

This is a wonderful experience for instructors who teach yoga or different styles of dance because it supplies a new vibe to insert into your class. It is for those wanting to teach, improve or add Hip Hop into their life.

Time sharing words of wisdom about personal dance experiences, and what dance means to us. Time on the beach is allocated for questions and teachings on incorporating Hip Hop Dance into a class or personal workout.

Relax by the pool, swim in the ocean and make a memorable piece of jewelry to meditate with and represent our entrance into a new place of spirit, body, and movement. Establish lasting friendships and enter this oasis of paradise.

Hilo International Airport (ITO) is the closest airport to Kalani Oceanside Retreat.
Airfare not included.

It is a 45 minute drive from the airport to Kalani and there is a shuttle service available.
